MTV is looking for audience for 16 and Pregnant: Life After Labor Finale Special, Hosted by Dr. Drew

Did you like the show? The families in them? Do you have an opinion? Then we want you! “16 and Pregnant — Life After Labor Finale Special” Hosted by Dr Drew — The show will be an issue-driven, host-moderated, forum on teen pregnancy featuring the “16 and Pregnant” season one families. All six of our girls and their children will be flown to NYC to participate in this one-day event, which will be hosted by none other than Dr. Drew. There will be some surprises as well, as the girl’s won’t be alone - we’ll be able see who’s stepped up or stepped out to be their main supporters. Will they arrive with the baby daddies, their mothers, or alone? The format will be stripped-down simple: all about the issues.

Dr. Drew will discuss each girl’s episode, specific issues and challenges, and update us on what’s going on now. Questions will also come from online as well as from live studio audience. This open discussion will provide a platform to address many of the controversial topics that originated from our Season One stories: birth control, adoption, abortion, marriage, religion, gossip, finances, high school graduation and employment. Finally, questions will be fielded by invited members of the studio audience, as well as select emails sent in advance from home-viewers.

NEW YORK, June 30 /PRNewswire/ — Daughtry will embark upon a short club tour this August, starting just weeks after the release of LEAVE THIS TOWN (19 Recordings/RCA Music Group), the follow-up to the band’s Grammy-nominated and quintuple-platinum debut.

Singer Chris Daughtry, bassist Josh Paul, drummer Joey Barnes, and guitarists Brian Craddock and Josh Steely will use the intimate shows to perform many of the songs from the new album on stage for the first time. The 13-date tour will kick off August 2 in Orlando, FL and end August 22 in Las Vegas, NV. Tickets go on sale July 11. Daughtry will offer limited VIP packages as a pre-sale July 8th - 10th.

“This club tour is a thank you to our loyal fans. Its a great way for them to see us up close and, more importantly, at a cheap price,” says singer Chris Daughtry.

More than a month before its official release, LEAVE THIS TOWN is already generating considerable buzz for its musical range.

Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV has scheduled the finale bout at Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada Saturday, Jun. 20th, 2009 03:00 PM. It will feature two matches between each of the finalists of the lightweight and welterweight competition to determine who will become this season’s Ultimate Fighter.

The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom is the ninth installment of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) produced reality television series The Ultimate Fighter, began production in January 2009, and began airing on Spike on April 1, 2009. The season features Lightweight fighters (146-155 lb) and Welterweight fighters (156-170 lb). In order to be considered for the show, a fighter had to have competed in at least three professional bouts prior to the tryouts in October 2008.

UFC Middleweight fighter Michael Bisping serves as one of the two coaches. The other coach is Dan Henderson. Henderson earned his place as a coach at UFC 93: Franklin vs. Henderson by defeating Rich Franklin.
